Nanoelectronics, the major emphasis of these proceedings, have seen dramatic transformation as noted in a number of plenary and invited papers given. Molecular, polymer, and DNA electronics are alternate paradigms for nanoelectronics. Everyone was curious to know the next innovation to bring back economic good times as 2010 Nobel Prize going to graphene was announced. Nanoscience, nanotechnology, nanoengineering, and nanobusiness are all moving targets, creating new start-ups among the unlikely partners. Ample opportunities existed for such interactions at the conference.
