This program begins with an historical overview of Cystic Fibrosis (CF). Using art and animation, it then describes the pathophysiology of the disease, including its genetic component. Next, the signs and symptoms of CF are illustrated through case studies. Finally, assessments to confirm its diagnosis both pre-and postnatal are explained.
