Since the Handbook of Counselling was first published, counselling has undergone a period of rapid growth and change. This, the second edition, has been revised and thoroughly updated with the addition of six new chapters, making it a comprehensive and up-to-the-minute guide to counselling theory and practice. The contributors, all experienced practitioners, reflect the diversity and also the coherence of counselling today.
