It contains important recent changes in these sources, such as the new 2014 AAA International (ICDR) Rules, the new 2014 LCIA Rules, the new 2015 CIETAC Rules, the new 2014 IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest, the new 2013 IBA Guidelines on Party Representation, and the new 2015 ICC Expert Rules.
