I expected practical recipe for bread using Home Bakery but it is mainly focused to confection. Also, most of recipes are using HB up to 1st fermentation or kneading only. So, it may not give me unique hints to bread making for me.2017/11/02

紹介されてるレシピがリッチ過ぎて、材料が家にないよ〜‼️ コネを途中で止めて成形するレシピが多いんですが、その方が自由度が効くんだろうね。 生クリーム準備するのも大変💦 もう少し、パン作りに慣れたらまたレシピ見返してみます。2021/08/22
