ワンアジア財団2017年名古屋コンベンションの発表論文を掲載。アジア共同体創成という方向性の下、多様な内容となっている。ワンアジア財団が支援するアジア共同体講座は48の国・地域，520大学へと広がり，研究者と学生が未来への夢を共有している。さらに，研究者の発表と交流の場としてワンアジアコンベンションが毎年開催されている。本書は2017年名古屋コンベンションの発表論文を掲載した。論文はアジア共同体の創成という大きな方向性の下，多様なものとなった。しかし，「教育を通じた平和」というメーンテーマがすべての論文に通底している。研究者が抱いている新しい時代への期待と夢，そして問題提起が注目される。
