野村恭也［ノムラヤスヤ］
１９５６年、東京大学医学部卒業。１９５７年、東京大学医学部耳鼻咽喉科学教室入局。１９６１年、大学院修了。１９６２～１９６４年、Ｆｕｌｂｒｉｇｈｔ留学生としてＭａｓｓａｃｈｕｓｅｔｔｓ Ｅｙｅ ａｎｄ Ｅａｒ Ｉｎｆｉｒｍａｒｙ、Ｈａｒｖａｒｄ Ｍｅｄｉｃａｌ Ｓｃｈｏｏｌへ留学。１９６６～１９６７年、国家公務員共済組合連合会病院九段坂病院医長。１９６７年、東京大学講師。１９７１年、同助教授。１９８０～１９９１年、同教授。１９９２年、同名誉教授。１９９１～１９９７年、昭和大学教授。１９９７年、同客員教授（本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです）
