図書館で目についたので、ついでに借りた本ですが、とても読みやすい本でした。日本の酒に興味を持つ外国人向けの内容ですが、分かりやすくまとめられてますし、特に情報に不備も感じません。日本人でも、お酒の事を勉強したい人はこれを入門本にしてもいいんじゃないでしょうか。沖縄の泡盛が、欧米諸国ではほぼ無名というのは初めて知りました。あと、日本のワイナリーのリストがしっかり記載されていまして、ははあ、欧米視点からはワインの存在はやっぱり別格なんだなという印象です。
