The book is divided into three parts: Part I teaches you sentence patterns that are used in daily conversations. Part II consists of conversations of everyday situations -- ordering meals, asking and giving simple directions, counting, making purchases, telling time, speaking on the telephone and understanding simple questions and statements. Part III provides informal conversations which you are likely to hear and participate in. These will help you to consolidate what you have learnt in Part I and Part II.
