This CD-ROM provides US and foreign tax professionals with access to all relevant US tax treaty material. It includes the complete texts and legislative history of all income, estate and gift tax treaties since 1932, as well as the texts of all US tax exchange of information agreements and shipping agreements. Also included are the texts of treaties that have been superseded or never entered into. The CD-ROM contains a number of hypertext links, enabling the user to move directly to any version of the treaty or any relevant supplementary protocol, complementary convention, exchange of letters, or memorandum of undertsanding.
