Description
(Short description)
I've always loved to eat, and to entertain, but I came to cooking late in life. Like many people I have fond memories of hanging around in my grandmothers kitchen, hoping for a spoon or bowl to lick, or enthusiastically beating pots of my Mums favourite chocolate fudge. But real cooking, the quiet joy of spending time in the kitchen, unwinding among the pots and pans, came later when I followed my heart and moved to Germany. Arriving in a new country, where I didnt speak the language, was unfamiliar with the local food and with time on my hands, I began to cook, to learn and I discovered what a vast world can be explored within the four walls of the kitchen.
