Description
A playful picture book about a lost egg, helpful birds, and the joy of finding where you belong. All alone, an egg lies on the beach, until a lapwing discovers it. Who could its parents be? Birds from all over the world gather to help solve the mystery, each convinced the egg must return to its nest. With rhythmic, witty rhymes and vibrant collage-style art, A Little Egg, a Tiny Crack blends humor, curiosity, and warmth into a story about friendship, belonging, and overcoming prejudice. Both playful and poetic, it invites children to join in the fun of language and discovery. Lena Mühlemann is an illustrator and designer from Münster in Germany. She studied illustration, art studies and communication design in Münster and Braunschweig. A Little Egg, a Tiny Crack is her first book published at Little Gestalten.
