Wie beeinflusst die Einzelschule die Professionalisierung von Lehrkräften? In dem Buch wird auf Basis nationaler und internationaler Forschungsergebnisse, eigener empirischer Befunde sowie theoretischer Perspektiven zur Professionalisierung von Lehrpersonen und zur Entwicklungsfähigkeit von Schulen und Schulsystemen die Bedeutung der Einzelschule für (die Wirkung von) Professionalisierungsprozesse(n) beleuchtet. Darauf aufbauend werden Konsequenzen für die konkrete Ausgestaltung der Professionalisierungsprozesse von Lehrpersonen herausgearbeitet.

How does the individual school influence the professionalisation of teachers? Based on national and international research results on the professionalisation of teachers and the developmental capacity of schools and school systems as well as on the author's own empirical findings, the book examines the significance of the individual school for (the effect of) professionalisation processes. Based on this, the book elaborates consequences for the concrete design of the professionalisation processes of teachers.
