Christine Stelzer, born 1947 in Gera, 1962 - 1967 Abitur (A-level equivalent) and technical apprenticeship, 1967 - 1969 Press traineeship in Berlin, 1969 - 1973 Journalism studies in Leipzig, 1973 - 1989 Editor at the Freie Erde newspaper in Neubrandenburg, 1979 - 1984 Teaching activities for several, months in developing countries, 1990 - 2007 Editor at the Nordkurier newspaper in Neubrandenburg, mainly in magazine journalism, since 2008 Freelance writer.
