Es ist ein weit bekanntes und auch gefürchtetes afrikanischen Geist-Wesen - der TOKOLOSCH. Eines Nachts setzen sich drei Kinder mit einer Situation auseinander, die sie sich nicht hätten träumen lassen: Sie werden von TOKOLOSCH aus dem Nichts heraus angegriffen. Lolo, Eliah und Amy müssen nun alle verfügbaren Kräfte bündeln, um den hinterhältigen und mächtigen Geist zu bewältigen.Die Grusel- Geschichte spielt sich zu einer Un-Zeit in Südafrika ab. In dreizehn Kapiteln werden reale und fiktionale Wirklichkeiten gemischt und wieder entmischt. Die aus unterschiedlichen Kulturen stammenden Kinder entwickeln an dieser TOKOLOSCH- Herausforderung ihre individuellen Stärken und gehen schließlich als glückliches Sieger-Team hervor.Das zweisprachige Kinderbuch lässt sich insbesondere auch in Schulen einsetzen, die von Kindern aus verschiedenen Kulturen besucht werden. It can be introduced and used in intercultural schools improving bi-lingual skills in students. Additionally, it gives an impression of the ways, how modern school kids live in Southern Africa.
