This book is dedicated to a central subject of music therapy: it paints a multifaceted and highly topical picture of improvisation in music therapy. At the same time, it is a specialist book developed along the work of the improvisation teacher and theorist Eckhard Weymann, unmistakably characterised by his profile and character. Weymann's departure from the management of a renowned music therapy training centre provided the impetus for this book.
