Alexander Deicke is a lawyer, Interim Legal Manager, visiting lecturer at different universities and speaker for compliance and regulation issues. With a degree from the Unversity of Tübingen he gathered experience in a number of flieds such as data protection, IT security and compliance. After a stint at a larger law firm, he founded both the commercial law firm K11 as well as K11 Consultancy in Ludwigsburg. The business model is built on three pillars: contemporay exptert knowledge, external functions, and advising on management systems with the goal to simplify regulatory issues. Alexander Deicke's personal focus areas are legal operations, baning and commercial law, AI compliance, and GRC/ESC issues. Hannes Deuerling is an expert for AI governance and regulation as well as a TÜV Rheinland certified AI-Coordinator. As consultant for data security, compliance, and AI, he supports companies with the implementation of AI systems, in accordance with law and regulations, especially the EU AI Act. His areas of expertise are the development of application-oriented solutions, the establishment and optimization of compliance management systems, the strategic support of AI projects, and target group-specific AI training courses.
