Bernd Haber, PhD, is a state-examined food chemist and works for the regulatory affairs department of a multinational food ingredients manufacturer.

Andreas Meisterernst ist Rechtsanwalt und Fachanwalt für Verwaltungsrecht, geb. 1966. Seit 1995 ist er Rechtsanwalt in München, 2000 gründete er eine Kanzlei. Er ist Autor zahlreicher Beiträge für die "Apotheker Zeitung (AZ)" und die "Deutsche Apotheker Zeitung (DAZ)" sowie einer Vielzahl wissenschaftlicher Beiträge zu pharma- und wettbewerbsrechtlichen Themen. Hinzu kommt Vortragstätigkeit in diesen Bereichen.
