Se presenta por primera vez una edición crítica y exhaustivamente anotada de la poesía contra los médicos de Lima, del poeta colonial barroco Juan del Valle y Caviedes (1645-1698). Esta edición ha tomado en cuenta todos los manuscritos conocidos hasta la fecha, explica y ordena su transmisión, y propone una fijación textual que se apoya, sobre todo, en la anotación de los poemas.
