Die wissenschaftliche Auseinandersetzung mit der gesellschaftlichen Teilhabe von Menschen mit Behinderung sowie älteren Menschen erfordert die Anpassung bestehender sowie die Entwicklung neuer Erhebungsmethoden. Der Band reflektiert methodische Aspekte einer so verstandenen Teilhabeforschung. Die Autor_innen betrachten u.a. ethische Fragen, Erfahrungen mit partizipativen Zugängen und Möglichkeiten der Barrierefreiheit.

The scientific debate on the social participation of people with disabilities and older people requires the adaptation of existing research methods as well as the development of new ones. This anthology reflects on methodological aspects of participation research understood in this way. The authors consider, among other things, ethical questions, experiences with participatory approaches, and possibilities of accessibility.
