Celina Czech-Wlodarczyk is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Pedagogy at Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz, Poland. Dobrochna Hildebrandt-Wypych is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Educational Studies at Adam Mickiewicz Univeristy in Poznan, Poland. Dr hab. Inetta Nowosad, Associate Professor, is Head of the Department of School Pedagogy, University of Zielona Góra, Poland. Her research focuses on school improvement and effectiveness, educational change, quality of education, and conditions of school development at both institutional and system levels.
