Berufsethikunterricht und Seelsorge bei der Polizei sind notwendiger denn je The book displays two qualitative studies, conducted at the Police University Baden-Württemberg on behalf of the Protestant University of Applied Sciences Freiburg and the Protestant Regional Church in Baden. The first study examines the significance of the police chaplaincy in every day police work. The second study examines Professional Ethics Classes in the Police School and questions, whether existential challenges encountered by police officers in their work are sufficiently covered in the classes, and wether the classes enhance the police officers' communicative skills in addressing these existential challenges.
