They soon go on a discovery tour and, like their parents, like to forage in the middle of the city - until they finally have to look for a nesting site themselves in spring. As in his non-fiction picture book Ein Jahr mit den Schwalben (A Year with the Swallows), Thomas Müller also describes the sparrows' habitat in a child-friendly way in this unusual book about sparrows and illustrates the view into the sparrows' world with lovingly drawn pictures. Thomas Müller , geb. in Döbeln, hat an der Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst in Leipzig studiert, wo er heute als freier Illustrator lebt.
