Christof Metzger studied art history, and archaeology at the University of Augsburg and gained his doctorate in 1999. In 2011 he joined the Albertina Vienna, where he served since 2014 as Chief Curator. He published numerous books and essays on the art of the Dürer period and has curated several exhibitions.
Julia Zaunbauer studierte Kunstgeschichte, Germanistik und Keltologie in Wien, Paris und Edinburgh. Sie ist als Kuratorin in der Albertina, Wien beschäftigt und war an mehreren Ausstellungen und Publikationen zu Albrecht Dürer und der Kunst um 1500 beteiligt.
Nach seinem Studium der Kunstgeschichte und Archäologie an der Universität Wien arbeitete Karl Schütz ab 1972 zunächst als Kurator, von 1990 bis 2011 als Direktor an der Gemäldegalerie des Kunsthistorischen Museums in Wien. Zu seinen Forschungsschwerpunkten zählen die niederländische und flämische Malerei, die deutsche Malerei des frühen 16. Jahrhunderts, die höfische Porträtmalerei und die Geschichte der Sammlung der Gemäldegalerie.
