My dissertation is about Methodology, and the main topic is grouping students at secondary school. I played several team-sports for many years, so I believe in the effectiveness and advantages of group-work. The same happens at schools: the teacher is a kind of trainer of the class, and the teacher makes successful groups. With my sport-experience, I gladly used group-work activities during my compulsory teaching practice and I have seen that these activities were so effective. I often made some groups with different teaching aids, and the children did the tasks and exercises well. I believe in \"the learning with playing\" principle, and it can be used very easily during group-work. My opinion is that working in groups is a relevant part of the lesson. So, I use it very frequently in my lessons, to check the students\' knowledge. As a matter of fact, I like teaching and I have taken to it more during my teaching practice and, to tell the truth I have already practised my teaching skills at home before I started working at school.

Bán, Balázs, Balázs Bán was born in Székesfehérvár, Hungary in 1981. After secondary school he attended KJF University College, and he graduated as an English teacher and a Communication expert (as an Internet journalist) in 2005. Then he took his Master degree in English (in 2008, Veszprém). He teaches English and Cinematography in a bilingual school.
