Data network services and voice network services areconverging; the VoIP protocol enables voicecommunications over internet infrastructure. At thesame time, wireless 802.11 network equipment hasbecome cheap and commonplace. However, it is notalways possible to use the ¿exibility of VoIPtogether with the ¿exibility of wireless networking.This work evaluates whether the MobileIPv6 networkprotocol is suitable to facilitate using VoIP in awireless roaming scenario.
