Associate Professor JUDr. Záboj Horák, born 1975, studied law at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague and canon law at the John Paul II Catholic University in Lublin, and in 2002 received his doctoral degree at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague. Since 2002 he has taught at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague, and since 2012 he has had the title of Associate Professor of Law at the same faculty. Fields of research: canon law, religion law, legal history. Professor JUDr. Jirí Rajmund Tretera, born 1940, studied law at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague, and in 1967 received his doctoral degree at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague. Since 1990 he has taught at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague, and since 2006 he has had the title of Professor of Law at the same faculty. Fields of research: canon law, religion law, legal history.
