Transcendental philosophy is generally regarded as a dead dog. It was torn to shreds by the discussions about 'final justification'. Deconstruction criticises that its concept of the subject is a self-empowerment that can only be countered by decentring the subject. New Realism accuses it of one-sided and untenable idealism.
