Description

Different professional actors from different institutions are responsible for supporting disadvantaged adolescents in the context of vocational training. Although this education area has been growing for thirty years, the training possibilities as well as the range of study courses for professional activity in this area remain insufficient. From the standpoint of the authors, this is due to bad professionalisation conditions. Therefore, they have developed approaches to better cooperation and qualification within the field of support for disadvantaged adolescents. For actors from this field, this paper constitutes a means of reflecting their profession in practice.
