Description
(Short description)
the second collection of poetry by Alaska Schuele.
(Text)
this poetry book collects more than 60 poems and the aftermath of falling in love and falling apart as well as the authors best attempts of healing which she's doing, slowly.
aeonian is the second collection of poetry by the twenty year old poet and mental health warrior Alaska Schuele that will, like her first publication "about falling in love and falling apart" did, take the reader through a raw, rough and sorrowful journey of every ounce of bitterness, heartbreak, solitude and mental illness, but this time even more to the path of growth and healing as well as some kind of drowning in love and cheap red wine.
it will leave the reader with a sinking feeling that despite all the ways that life broke each and every one of us, there is hope.
(Author portrait)
Schuele, Alaska
Alaska Schuele is a twenty year old poet from germany.
If she needed to describe herself in one word, it would be overthinker. Her poetry will take the reader through a raw, rough and sorrowful journey of every ounce of bitterness, heartbreak, solitude and mental illness, but also to the path of growth and healing as well as some kind of drowning in love.
Personally, Alaska enjoys coffeedates (the coffee probably will get cold because she forgets about it), strolling around the city with some blue gauloises on hand, taking care of her houseplants, admiring her girlfriend, listening to vinyls and reading a good book.
