"All the People" explores the gender spectrum on a personal level with individuals living in Amsterdam, Berlin, London, Los Angeles, and New York who express and define their gender on their own terms. They identify as transgender, gender queer, drag performers, or do not identify themselves at all. These are their stories and their portraits, as they wished to be depicted. This collection of sensitive and intimate portraits in images and words, the first collaborative publication from photographer Bernd Ott and writer Emily Besa, celebrates human existence in all forms. Biografien: Emily Besa: geboren 1974 in den USA. Studium der Englischen Literaturwissenschaften und des kreativen Schreibens in New York. Arbeitete viele Jahre als Kostümbildnerin in Hollywood. Freiberufliche Stylistin und Autorin in Amsterdam und London von2012-2015, lebt und arbeitet in Berlin. Bernd Ott: geboren 1970. Studium der Fotografie in Dortmund. Freiberuflicher Fotograf seit 2000. 1998 - 2015 London und New York, lebt und arbeitet in Berlin.
