Hier wird der Traum vieler Dirigenten wahr, bei der Besetzung ihrer Ensembles flexibel bleiben und dennoch die großen Klassiker der Musik ins Repertoire nehmen zu können. Nach Dvoráks "Symphonie aus der Neuen Welt", Mussorgskis "Bilder einer Ausstellung" in Band 1 der Reihe Centre Stage - Weills "Dreigroschenoper" und Bizets "Carmen" in Band 2 werden nun im vorliegenden Band 3 auch die bekanntesten Stücke aus Mozarts "Zauberflöte" und Puccinis "Gianni Schicchi" aus Kammermusik-Podium gebracht. Die einfachen Arrangements für variables Ensemble mit einem Solisten und optionaler Klavierunterstützung machen junge Instrumentalisten mit den musikalischen Standardwerken bekannt und eignen sich ideal zum Vortag bei Konterten und Musikfestivals. Ganz nebenbei werden dabei nicht nur Zusammenspiel und aufmerksames Zuhören geschult, sondern auch das Selbstvertrauen der jungen Musiker gestärkt. Der Spaß am Musizieren lässt bei dieser Kombination sicher nicht auf sich warten!Schwierigkeitsgrad: 1-2

Ideal for the concert programmer, these arrangements are of two much-loved classics and yet offer flexibility of instrumental line-up. This third volume of the series Centre Stage featuring Mozart, "The Bird Catcher's Song" (The Magic Flute) and Puccini, "O Mio Babbino Caro" (Gianni Schicchi) can be performed by chamber groups or, equally well, enlarged with more players to each part. These straightforward arrangements allow the soloist a chance to shine and come with a helpful but optional piano accompaniment for rehearsal or for supporting the performance. Tailor-made as concert items, these pieces will familiarize young instrumentalists with standard musical repertoire and additionally encourage them to listen attentively. Most importantly, they will experience the pleasure of music making with others.Instrumentation:for flexible ensemble (3 melody parts in c, bb, eb (f), bass and piano ad lib.)
