This book develops and tests a new theoretical framework for the study of the nervous systems. It consists of a mathematical model constructed from a three-dimensional matrix which makes it possible to understand the way the nervous system works by means of the study of input and output channels, instead of acquiring electrical signals or using imaging systems on functional active areas, but only through terminals. This model is based on the logic used in the memory of programmable logic devices of different electronic equipments and their associated math, resulting in a simple analysis, possible to be applied in the actual study of the nervous system.
