It is the problem that iniciate me to study the governance condition of the selected cooperatives socities. At the end of the day the following problems of good governance were identified: members lacks sense of ownership that results lack of members participation,lack of accountability, transparency, efficiency and effectiveness in performance of the cooperative. The target groups were the selected members of the cooperatives specialy women and youth who are in need of accsess to better market and attain better life standard through their cooperative socity.
