Andrea Montua is the owner of MPC, a strategy consultancy for communication, culture, and transformation in the DACH region. Since 2004, she and her team have been advising and supporting corporations, medium-sized (family-owned) companies, and public authorities in phases of change, as well as in the development, optimization, and professionalization of their internal communication. A business graduate and executive coach, she has been a committed communicator for more than 20 years.
