The results originate from a co-operation between the Institute for Broadcasting Economics at the University of Cologne, Ger many, and the Kyiv-Mohyla School of Journalism at the National Univer sity "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy", Kyiv, Ukraine, which was supported by the DAAD as part of the pro ject "Introduction of a Public Service Broadcasting as a Means of Supporting Demo cracy in Ukraine?
