Given the fluidity of the virtual environment, various problems arise, including unfair competition, which has consequences for consumers. Thus, it is essential to analyse the subtle difference between unfair competition and the principle of free competition. This study was conducted using concepts of fraudulent agents, known as Cyber Pirates, who are easily located through the dictates of the Internet Constitution. In this innovative context, the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet was the guiding principle for the development of other standards in this sector. Lawyer, postgraduate student in Civil Procedural Law at Cândido Mendes University, graduated in Law from Univiçosa/2014. Scientific initiation scholarship holder/2012 in Virtual Law.
