Description
The results of a well-founded ecumenical study stemming from the ÖAK (Ecumenical Study Group of Protestant and Catholic Theologists). Dorothea Sattler and Volker Leppin present an anthology of the Ecumenical working group of protestant and catholic theologians due to the reformations 500th anniversary. The authors reconstruct in their contributions the historical events of the 16th century und discuss their theological significance. The reformation gives reason to determine the essence of the one church and to reflect on the current ecumenical challenges in a critical and constructive way.
Dr. theol. Dorothea Sattler ist Professorin für Dogmatik und Ökumenische Theologie an der Katholischen Fakultät der Universität Münster.
