Der Autor analysiert rund 1.630 verfassungs- und verwaltungsgerichtliche Entscheidungen zu Coronamaßnahmen. Zunächst wird der vorläufige Rechtsschutz betrachtet und der Frage nachgegangen, ob sich dessen Eigenheiten negativ auf die Effektivität des Rechtsschutzes ausgewirkt haben. Danach werden der Parlamentsvorbehalt, das Verhältnismäßigkeitsprinzip und der Gleichheitsgrundsatz analysiert. Abschließend wendet der Autor den Blick auf die Herausforderungen, vor denen Gerichte in der Pandemie standen. »Judicial Review during the Pandemic. An Analysis of Constitutional and Administrative Court Decisions on COVID-19 Measures«: The author analyses around 1,630 constitutional and administrative court decisions concerning COVID-19 measures. The study first examines preliminary legal protection and explores whether it had a negative impact on the effectiveness of judicial protection. It then analyses the principles of parliamentary reservation, proportionality, and equality. Finally, the author turns to the challenges that courts faced during the pandemic. Marc Zitzmann studied law at Humboldt University zu Berlin. Alongside his doctoral research under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Anika Klafki, he worked at the Federal Ministry of Justice. He is currently undertaking his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin, with placements including the Federal Chancellery.
