Die Arbeit untersucht die verfassungsrechtliche Zulässigkeit einer Impfpflicht ab Vollendung des 18. Lebensjahres. Im Zentrum steht die Verhältnismäßigkeit im Spannungsfeld zwischen individueller Selbstbestimmung und staatlichem Gesundheitsschutz. Erörtert werden Alternativen wie Informationskampagnen, Anreize oder Zugangsbeschränkungen sowie die Voraussetzungen und Ausnahmen für eine verfassungskonforme Ausgestaltung. Abschließend werden mögliche Instrumente zur Durchsetzung einer Impfpflicht diskutiert. »The Introduction of a Vaccination Mandate in the Federal Republic of Germany.
