Die Arbeit analysiert das Zitiergebot des Art. 80 Abs. 1 Satz 3 GG. Untersucht werden insbesondere die historischen Grundlagen, die systematische Einbindung in den Gesetzesvorbehalt des Art. 80 Abs. 1 Satz 1 GG und das Bestimmtheitsgebot des Art. 80 Abs. 1 Satz 2 GG, der Anwendungsbereich des Zitiergebots, die inhaltlichen Anforderungen an das Zitat und Rechtsfolgen bei Zitierverstößen. »The Citation Clause of Art. 80 Para. 1 Sentence 3 GG. During her studies, she worked at the Institute for Public Law and Administrative Studies under Prof. Dr. Markus Ogorek, LL.M. (Berkeley) who also supervised her doctoral research. Since February 2024, she has been completing her legal traineeship in Cologne. In the winter semester 2024/2025, she began a master's program in the field of digitalization law at the University of Cologne while on parental leave.
