Neben dem von 170 I StGB zu schützenden Rechtsgut und der damit zusammenhängenden Legitimierbarkeit einer Strafbewehrung befasst sich die Arbeit maßgeblich mit der Bindungswirkung zivilgerichtlicher Status- und Unterhaltsentscheidungen im Strafprozess sowie konkreter Strafbarkeitsfolgen. Zudem wird auf die bestehenden Ermittlungsinstrumente zur Bestimmung der Leistungsfähigkeit des Unterhaltsschuldners eingegangen und de lege ferenda eine Verwendungsmöglichkeit von Steuerdaten vorgeschlagen. »The Violation of Maintenance Obligation According to Section 170 I StGB.
