Ihre sensibelste Form ist die Erstellung eines Persönlichkeitsprofils. Sofern dies mit dem Datenschutzrecht nicht vereinbar ist, drängt sich die Frage nach Teilhabe der Betroffenen durch Kompensation in Geld auf. Inwieweit diese aufgrund der zentralen Norm Art. 82 Abs. 1 DS-GVO zu leisten ist, wird hier untersucht. »Personality Profiles in the GDPR. Literaturverzeichnis The author studied law at the Philipps University of Marburg, and at the University of East Anglia in Norwich. Hereafter he wrote a dissertation on data protection law. During this time, he lived in Prague before working as a research assistant in data protection consulting for a large commercial law firm in Düsseldorf. Staying in that region he then underwent and completed his legal clerkship. For two years, he worked as an in-house lawyer negotiating business customer contracts for a global telecommunications provider. Today he works for the same provider in the data protection team.
