Description
Die Arbeit befasst sich im Wesentlichen mit den Strukturprinzipien der türkischen Verfassung von 1982, spezifisch mit dem Laizitäts- und dem Nationalitätsprinzip. Darüber hinaus liefert sie auch eine analytische Folie zum Begriff des Prinzips, die auf die Prinzipientheorie von Robert Alexy zurückgeht. In Annäherung an die Prinzipienkonstruktion von Alexy wird versucht, die Frage zu beantworten, ob der Prinzipienbegriff Alexys für die Strukturprinzipien der türkischen Verfassung eine adäquate rechtstheoretische Grundlage bietet. »The Structural Principles of the Turkish Constitution 1982 in the Light of the Principle Theory by Robert Alexy«: The book focuses primarily on the structural principles of the Turkish Constitution 1982, specifically the principle of secularity and the principle of nationality. She received her Ph.D. in 2021 with the Dissertation »The Structural Principles of the Turkish Constitution (1982) in the Light of the Principle Theory by Robert Alexy« at the same university. She first worked as an adjunct professor at the Turkish-German University in Istanbul and has been an assistant professor there since November 2022.
