Die Opfer internationaler Straftaten fordern mit Recht Reparationen für das ihnen zugefügte schwerste physische und psychische Leid. Die interdisziplinäre Studie weist nach, dass dieser Anspruch der Opfer auf Reparationen menschenrechtlich fundiert ist. Zugleich wird die Reparationspraxis am Trust Fund for Victims des Internationalen Strafgerichtshofs einer kritischen Betrachtung unterzogen. Dabei werden zahlreiche Defizite der Operationalisierung des Menschenrechts auf Reparationen am IStGH offenbar. »The Human Right to Reparations. As Head of the Founding Office, she established the International Nuremberg Principles Academy at the historical venue of the Nuremberg Trials and developed the Nuremberg Moot Court for international students. As a Research Associate, she began her interdisciplinary dissertation on the human right to reparations at the International Criminal Law Unit at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nuremberg and at the Trust Fund for Victims of the International Criminal Court.
