This study aimed to investigate male and female Saudi students' and teachers' access to, use of, and attitudes to CALL for EFL instruction in the preparatory year programme at Tabuk University in Saudi Arabia. Four research questions were developed related to variables; Computer availability, Computer knowledge, Computer use, and Computer attitudes. Both quantitative and qualitative methods were employed to collect data on the population of the study. The study was carried out in three phases using a questionnaire, observation, and an interview.
