Procurement contracting has been recognized as an important as aspect of organizational performance globally. In this book I examine contracting determinants and their effect on financial performance. I specifically discuss the effect of internal procurement processes, policy regulatory framework, leadership and management support and information communication technology support on organizational performance. The management in public and private sectors have no choice than to review their performance in this context.
