This book
constitutes the proceedings of the 17th International Conference on Passive and
Active Measurement, PAM 2016, held in Heraklion, Crete, Greece, in March/April
2016.
The 30 full papers presented in this volume were
carefully reviewed and selected from 93 submissions. They are organized in
