The 3rd International Conference on Oil & Gas Industry, Technologies and Applications (ICOG-ITA 2024) was held in a hybrid format on September 10-11, 2024, in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. The conference was organised by the Oil and Gas Engineering Programme at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) in collaboration with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) UMS Student Chapter. The theme of this conference was "Advancing Technological Solutions Towards Sustainable Future Opportunities", and it showcased the most recent research on sustainability and cutting-edge technologies in the oil and gas industry. This edition will benefit a wide range of individuals, including industrialists, researchers and academics.
