This book includes high-quality papers presented at the Fourth International Conference on Data Science and Management (ICDSM 2025), organized by the Gandhi Institute for Education and Technology, Bhubaneswar, from December 19-20, 2025. Dr. Samarjeet Borah is currently a Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Applications at SMIT, Sikkim Manipal University, India. He has led various funded projects from AICTE and DST-CSRI and has published approximately 120 research papers in reputed journals and conferences. Dr. Borah has organized several national and international workshops and conferences. He is actively involved with esteemed book series and journals from Springer, IEEE, Inderscience, and IGI Global as a Guest Editor. Additionally, he serves as the Editor-in-Chief of two book and proceedings series: Research Notes on Computing and Communication Sciences (Apple Academic Press, USA) and Synergy Spectrum: Computing, Business, and Legal Insights (Nova Science Publishers, USA).
Dr. Sambit Kumar Mishra is having more than 27 years of teaching experience in different AICTE approved institutions in India. He obtained his bachelor s degree in engineering in Computer Engineering from Amravati University, Maharashtra, India in 1991, M.Tech. in Computer Science from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad (Now IIT, Dhanbad), India in 1998 and Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Siksha O Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India in 2015. He has more than 37 publications in different peer reviewed International indexed Journals and editorial board member of different peer reviewed indexed Journals. His areas of research are Data Mining, Database Engineering and Computer architecture. Presently he is working as Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Gandhi Institute for Education and Technology, Baniatangi, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
Dr. Milan Tuba, Professor of Computer Science, Mathematics and Electrical Engineering, Head of the Artificial Intelligence Project at Singidunum University and Vice-Rector of Research at Sinergija University received B. S. in Mathematics, M. S. in Mathematics, M. S. in Computer Science, M. Ph. in Computer Science, Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of Belgrade and New York University. He is included in both versions of the Stanford University list of 2% of the most influential scientists in the world in all disciplines, one for contribution during the entire career and other for contribution in the previous year (for years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024). Prof. Tuba was the highest ranked researcher in Serbia for Computer Science field at AD Scientific Index - World Scientists Rankings.
Dr. Zdzislaw Polkowski is professor of UJW and Rector s Representative for International Cooperation and Erasmus+ Program at the Jan Wyzykowski University Polkowice. Also, he is professor of WSG University Bydgoszcz and Rector's Representative for International Cooperation, Poland. Since 18 October 2024 Dr. Polkowski Post Doctoral Fellow (PDF) in Marwadi University, Rajkot, India. Additionally, he is a visiting professor in University of Pitesti, Romania, Swami Sahajanand School of Management, Bhavnagar, India and adjunct professor, Swami Sahajanand College of Commerce & Management, Bhavnagar, India. He is the former dean of the Technical Sciences Faculty during the period 2009 -2012 at UZZM in Lubin.
